The information that the App handles on your device includes: - Images selected by you and photos captured with the App - Photo card metadata (card order, position/scale/rotation of overlays, settings) - Location data (latitude/longitude) obtained from GPS at capture time or from EXIF of existing photos, only when you have granted permission - The capture date and time stored in photo EXIF Except as described in "Third-Party Services" below, this information is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to any server operated by the developer.
3. Permissions Requested
The App requests the following device permissions. Each is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. - Camera: used to take photos with your photo cards. - Photo Library: used to save captured photos and to load existing photos as source material for post-capture composition. - Location (When In Use): used only when you enable the location stamp feature, which displays a place name on photos. If you do not use the location stamp, this permission is not required. You can change or revoke any of these permissions at any time from your device's system settings.
4. Use of Information
The App uses the information collected only for the following purposes: - To display selected images as photo cards on the camera screen - To save captured photos to your device's photo library - When you enable it, to display a stamp showing the capture date/time and place Except as described in "Third-Party Services" below, all of the above processing is performed on your device.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Photo cards and App settings are stored in local storage on your device. You can completely remove this data in either of the following ways: - Delete individual photo cards within the App - Uninstall the App from your device Uninstalling the App removes all data the App had stored from your device. Captured photos are saved to your device's photo library and can be managed and deleted there independently.
6. Data Security
App data is stored on your device. Security of this data depends on your device's lock settings, OS security features, and your own management. Keeping your OS up to date and enabling device lock are recommended.
7. Third-Party Services
The App does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising services. However, only when you have enabled the location stamp, or when the App displays a place name from EXIF data in a photo selected for post-capture composition, the App sends the capture latitude/longitude or latitude/longitude stored in photo EXIF to "Nominatim" (https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/), a reverse-geocoding service operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, in order to obtain a place name (e.g., "Tokyo, Japan"). The information sent is limited to coordinates and does not include direct identifiers such as photo data, your name, or your email address. If you do not use these place-name display features, no such transmission occurs. Location and place-name data are based on OpenStreetMap data. © OpenStreetMap contributors For how Nominatim handles data, please refer to the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy (https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy).

This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to new features in the App or changes in applicable law. Updated policies become effective when posted on the App or related website. Where significant changes are made, the developer will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
